A vessel’s Certificate of Documentation（）.

If the redelivery of a vessel is delayed by causes （），hire is payable at the charter rate until redelivery even though the market rate may have gone up or down.

Every effort will be made by the Company to ensure that you are（）at the termination of your tenure.

Unless the Shipowner carries the goods to the destination agreed on，he（）entitled to anypart of the freight.

If，by refusing to name a place of discharge，the Charterer prevents the Shipowner from earning freight，（）will have to pay it as damages for breach of contract.

If the Charterer sends the vessel on her last voyage at a time when there is no expectation that she will be redelivered within a reasonable time of the end of the period of the Charterparty，and she is in fact redelivered late，he（）.

Advance freight must（）to the Shipowner even if the goods are lost (by excepted perils) before payment，where they are lost after the due date of payment; nor is it recoverable if the goods are so lost after payment．

The Shipowner may do what is reasonable（）any of these liens in view of the fact that they are possessory liens，i.e. they can only be enforced by retaining actual or constructive possession of the cargo.

The Shipowner is not（）by the fact that a remote cause of the loss was an excepted peril.

To earn lump sum freight，either（）must complete the voyage，or else the cargo must be transshipped，or forwarded by some means other than the ship in which it was originally loaded，and delivered by the Shipowner or his agents at its destination.
